Swindon Disco has developed trading relationships with a number of private security companies who specialise in managing events. We recommend when you are staging a party in excess of 100 people to consider this option as an additional service.

These are fully qualified registered door personnel who are trained to defuse situations and evacuate buildings in the event of an emergency. We pass this service on at no profit as we consider it our responsibility to give you the tools to stage a safe and trouble free event.

Guidelines:

1 x Door Personnel Per 50 Heads

Optimum Per 100 Heads:

1 x Male Door Personnel
1 x Female Door Personnel

Add additional personnel per 50 heads on a 2:1 ratio in favour of male personnel.

Cost per hour per door personnel £POA.

You must allow 30 minutes before your event for the door personnel to familiarise themselves with the venues fire exits and the venues policies.
